We store these submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database so we can respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form also triggers transactional email messages through Cloudflare Email Service. We may also collect standard technical data from your browser, including IP address and device information, through our hosting and security providers.

How we use information

We use contact form submissions to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, and provide requested information about our services. When you submit the form, we send a confirmation email to the address you provide and an internal notification to our team at info@chsolutions.ca. Authorized team members can view submissions through a password-protected internal admin page. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, contact form data is stored in Cloudflare D1, transactional email is sent through Cloudflare Email Service, and we may use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam on our contact form. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. Payment or donation demos on our site may be handled by separate third-party payment processors.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records.
